Truck Stolen In Florence Found Abandoned, Burned At Iron City Park
A truck that had been reported as stolen out of Florence, Alabama was found during the weekend, abandoned and burned at Iron City Park.
Reports filed through the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department show that the truck was reported stolen by a Florence resident.
It was around 2:00 a.m. Sunday when deputies were notified that a truck had been found at Iron City Park. It was parked beneath the bridge and had been thoroughly burned.
Officials with Florence Police Department were notified of the discovery. The vehicle was towed to a local impound lot pending pickup by that department.
